Pima Community College Aztec Athletics

The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (1-4, 1-1 in conference) came up short in Coolidge on Saturday losing to Central Arizona College 86-81.

The Aztecs trailed 43-36 at halftime and outscored Central in the second half 55-53.

Pima also had five players in double figures scoring led by Kendrick Little, who finished with a team-high 23 points. Little has scored in double figures in four of the first five games this season.

The Aztecs will be back at the West Campus on Wednesday when they host Chandler-Gilbert Community College at 7:30 p.m.
