Join in the Oct. 3rd Harvest for Hope 5K Walk Run, to bring hope to struggling families in our community for the tenth year in a row! IMPACT of Southern AZ works to improve lives and inspire futures for people struggling to make ends meet through five areas of programming: food, clothing, youth, seniors, and community education. You can be part of it all! Your donation of a bag of food will help feed Oro Valley families and seniors, as well as others in Northwest Tucson.
All IMPACT services are free to qualified people needing help. We hope you will consider making a donation online, or pledging to make a monthly difference in your community. Perhaps you have a few hours a week to volunteer. You might work in our senior programs cooking or delivering meals to homebound individuals, working with children, organizing clothes, sorting and dating food, or helping with corporate food donation pickups.
Gently-used clothes may be dropped off at our Loving Threads Clothing Bank in Catalina where they are shared with qualified families, freeing up limited budgets to better afford utilities, rent payments, gas to get to work, and other necessities. Perhaps you have a group who would like to hold a food drive, or put on an activity in our senior center. Please share information about our services to families and seniors in your community who could use some additional support. It takes all of us working together to make a difference.
Run, walk skip, jump, pledge, volunteer, or ask us how you can help find another way to join us in improving lives and inspiring futures of families and individuals in Oro Valley and surrounding communities.
