This Friday, from 5 to 10 p.m., the Town of Oro Valley will host a Community Pool Party in honor of the Aquatic Center Grand Opening. The free festivities will include admission, giveaways, games and prize drawings, music and the Tucson Food Truck Roundup.

The first 100 guests will receive a free Oro Valley Aquatic Center tote bag and rubber ducky.

Raffle ticket drawings will be held throughout the evening for free family day passes to the Aquatic Center. Each attendee will receive one raffle ticket. Guests wearing blue or orange (the Aquatic Center’s colors) will receive a bonus raffle ticket. Earn an additional ticket by signing up for email notifications. Must be present to win.

“It’s going to be a party, and we hope to see community members of all ages out there, enjoying this beautiful, new facility,” said Oro Valley Mayor Satish Hiremath. “This event is not only a celebration of the successful completion of this project; it’s also a celebration of our community. Bloomberg Newsweek named Oro Valley the best place to raise kids in Arizona, and this is one of the reasons why—we work hard to provide family-friendly amenities and programs, and we’re excited about this latest addition.”
