The Town of Oro Valley has launched the “Ask OV” tool to better allow residents to submit questions or feedback on any topic.
The town’s constituent services coordinator manages “Ask OV” and ensures that all comments and inquiries are compiled into bi-weekly reports and provided to the town council and executive staff.
Residents who are accustomed to the old constituent portal will notice a streamlined experience. Residents are able to create an account and review inquiry history and responses from the town. The new portal also has a simplified user interface and is a more efficient tool for staff. Additionally, “Ask OV” will result in a cost-savings of approximately $3,500 per year over the previous citizens’ portal.
To access “Ask OV,” go to ask.orovalleyaz.gov (do not type “www” before the address). You can also click on any button on the town’s website that says “Questions/Comments” for a direct link.
