Color Vibe 5K

The Color Vibe 5k is coming to Kino Sports Complex on Memorial Day, May 26.

Runners start the race with a clean white shirt and pass through four stations along the course where they are blasted with color.

The point of the event is not to race, but to become a canvas of color, to be active, and to share a day of fun with friends and family. The colored powder that is distributed is colored cornstarch that is non-toxic and biodegradable.

Your registration fee gets you a white T-shirt to wear on event day. People who register before the end of the day will pay only $40. The fee goes up to $43 through May 15, then $46 through May 25 and finally $50 on the day of the event.

But Color Vibe 5ks have sold out in other locations so don’t wait.
