Pima Community College’s Fashion Design students are hosting a fairy tale fashion show that will take you on a journey through the stitches in time.

The Friday evening show – “Once Upon a Time” – will feature student designed and sewn fashions ranging from sleep wear to formal wear, plus a live D.J.

The fashion show will showcase the work of PCC’s Fashion Design students with special guests from Flowing Wells High School fashion design program.

Winners of the judged categories will receive awards from local sponsors and sponsors from the Los Angeles Fashion District.

The West Campus Fashion Association student club will also be donating $150.00 to Youth On Their Own, a local non-profit agency that is dedicated to supporting the high school graduation and continued success of homeless youth in Tucson.

“Achieving a high school diploma is essential for success,” said Sharon Fields, PCC’s West Campus Fashion Association student club president.  “Supporting and generating awareness for Youth on Their Own’s important mission is needed now more than ever.”  Nearly 1,000 Southern Arizona teens are enrolled in the Tucson based program.
