Living room larceny

A Coach purse and most of its contents were stolen from a Marana residence on Sunday, July 1, according to a MPD report.

The homeowner reported that a white male with brown hair and a black baseball cap entered her home on West Amarante Drive just after noon, grabbing her purse that was sitting on the living room table, the report said.

The vandal took the woman’s Department of Corrections employee ID card, a Coach brown leather purse valued at $200, a Michael Kors gold and white watch valued at $300, a black Fit Bit watch valued at $100 and various other items.

According to the report, the woman reported that cash and credit cards were not taken from her wallet, and that various cards for health insurance and store gift cards were thrown around on the floor near the table where the purse was sitting.
