Tucson theatergoers are now able to purchase single tickets to all performances in Arizona Theatre Company’s 2011-2012 season.

Adult tickets start at $31, depending on performance date and section choice, and student tickets are now only $10.

The company recently opened its season with “Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club,” which continues through Oct. 8.

The story is set in the heart of London, behind the impassive facade of a windowless house, where some of Europe’s most powerful men gather to play a game. The game is murder and this is The Suicide Club.

But the Club has a new member: Sherlock Holmes – brilliant, perceptive, the greatest detective in the English-speaking world. Does Holmes wish to die? Will he have to kill? Can his old friend Dr. Watson save him? Or doesn’t Holmes want to be saved?

This beguiling world premiere thriller was commissioned by ATC from one of its favorite authors. It brings the famous detective alive in a tale full of mystery, twists and chills.

Arizona Theatre Company performs at the Temple of Music and Art, 330 S. Scott Ave., in Tucson.

A variety of season packages and FlexPasses are also available, starting at $79. To purchase tickets call the ATC box office at 622-2823 or visit www.arizonatheatre.org.
