The University of Arizona Wildcats' baseball team has won the college World Series for the first time since 1986.

The Wildcats had a three-run ninth inning to pull out the 4-1 victory over South Carolina in the best of three tournament.

Brandon Dixon hit a one-out RBI double in the ninth inning and Trent Gilbert followed with a two-RBI single.

Before the big inning to win it all, the game was tied at 1-1.

This is the Wildcats' fourth title, with the others coming in 1976 and 1980.
