Grandmother says Ethan 'lost in a way'

Mandy Roth/The Explorer, Cheyenne Arreola addressed a crowd at Safe Kids Tucson's Drowning Impact Awareness Month press conference last Thursday on the effects on child drowning. Arreola's grandson, now 7, suffers from severe traumatic brain injury as a result of a near-drowning last June.
