Tucson, AZ – The men’s soccer team struck early in the first half and scored three unanswered goals in the second to beat Glendale Community College 5-1 on Thursday at the West Campus.

JC Henson (Buena H.S.) and Declan Fulton (Buena H.S.) each score two goals for the Aztecs. Henson got Pima on the board with a goal in the 8th minute with an assist from Tyler Terrell (Barry Goldwater H.S.). Terrell made it a 2-0 game with a goal in the 16th. The Aztecs led 2-1 after the first half.

Fulton scored his goals in the 46th and 69th minute while Henson sealed it with one more in the 87th. The Aztecs out-shot Glendale 16-11 and Ben Eyde (Salpointe Catholic H.S.) made seven saves.

The Aztecs will play at Chandler-Gilbert Community College on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
