The Pima Community College volleyball team (7-6, 2-3 in conference) fell in three sets 25-18, 25-19, 25-18 against Scottsdale Community College on Thursday at the West Campus. Scottsdale is ranked No. 8 in the country.

Alexis Ammerman (Tucson Magnet HS) finished the match with eight kills and four blocks while Courtney Pitts (Catalina HS) had 13 digs and two aces.

The Aztecs will travel to San Diego this weekend. They will play at San Diego City College on Friday.
