The men’s soccer team (10-4-2) scored three goals in the second half to beat Paradise Valley Community College 4-2 on Tuesday at the West Campus’s Aztecs Field. The Aztecs are now on a 5-game winning streak.

With the scored tied 1-1 after the first half, the Aztecs responded early with a goal by Tyler Terrell (Barry Goldwater HS) in the 48th minute. Alexis Medina (Nogales HS) put the Aztecs up 3-1 with his shot in the 61st. With Pima up 3-2, Morgan Quintana’s (Tucson HS) goal in the 84th helped seal it. JC Henson (Buena HS) got the Aztecs as the board with his goal in the 15th minute.

The Aztecs had 18 shots and Ben Eyde (Salpointe Catholic HS) finished the game with one save.

The Aztecs will play at Phoenix College on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
