Catalina Automotive

It's happened again...you've been told your car needs another repair. Should you repair or trade?

It is critical to have a trusted shop owner or service adviser. With their input, you have a pretty good chance of making a smart decision whether to repair. We would like to give you a list of how to scientifically determine what to do here, but each situation is different.  Instead, focus on the right relationship. Do you have a repair shop with an owner or service adviser you trust? It's not beneficial to a long-term customer relationship, or to building a good reputation to recommend repairs on a car aren’t needed and a good shop won’t. But they should bring needed repairs to your attention or remind that needed maintenance is overdue. Our goal at Catalina Automotive is to partner with you to help you get the most mileage out of every dollar you spend. We always welcome your feedback about how we can help.
