I just received a copy of the Explorer.  The headline says “Ina and Oracle Confusion”.  I think the only people confused are the Tucson city council members or whoever approves the road plans for Tucson. I have only lived here 18 months, but I have never seen a city with only one highway.  This is a joke.  Traffic is horrible all day long on the secondary streets.  Oracle needs to be turned into a parkway between Tangerine and River with at least half of the traffic signals being removed.  I thought the idea of traffic was to keep it moving, not choke it with way too many traffic signals.
