The column Nov. 20 by Ray Lindstrom on the day in Tucson after the Kennedy assassination was touching and memorable.  It showed real people caught up in the confusion and grief of a moment that proved a hinge of history, between the innocent 1950s and the strange era we now live in, with so, many events with this feeling.  I am Ray’s age, and I think Ray did a great job letting this story tell itself; it’s my favorite touchstone for this day, this year.
