Thoughtful consideration must be given to the Rancho Vistoso Community Association Board of Elections. Two seats will be decided at the March 27 Annual Meeting.

We are Jill Anderson and Mary Caswell, longtime residents of Rancho Vistoso who reside in our homes. We are asking for your vote. We have volunteered in various capacities for the association for many years and have a thorough understanding of the community. We do not embellish our accomplishments, nor do we take the responsibility lightly. We do not want the high level and high standards that brought all of us to Rancho Vistoso to decline.

Changing the rules to accommodate blatant CC&R violators will not improve community standards as purported by two of our opponents. We will fairly make decisions in order to maintain our home values and continue the excellence that the residents of Rancho Vistoso Community Association expect and deserve.

Complete the ballot that was recently mailed and return by March 24 and/or attend the Annual Meeting and bring your ballot with you on March 27.

We care passionately about your community and have extensive knowledge, experience and expertise to get the job done. Mary Caswell and Jill Anderson have served your community with proven leadership, fairness and integrity. Vote for Mary and Jill.

Mary Caswell,

Jill Anderson,

Rancho Vistoso
