Other than the evidence submitted by Russia to the UN that the rebels did use a nerve agent in another attack.That America thinks it has a right, or a responsibility, to go off on military aggressions against other countries is a state of mind once ascribed to the most evil of political regimes - the Huns, the Mongols, The Turks, the Nazis, the Communists, etc. But then, having power, and failing to exert it, has never been America's long suit.
