The total deaths in a Turkey mine collapse continues to rise, now sitting at 282 as bodies continue to be removed after an explosion caused the mine to collapse and fill with deadly gasses.

The incident has caused a political uproar in the country, many saying Turkey has a reputation for unsafe work environments.
