Fox News: 

The American Academy of Pediatrics is saying school should start later.

Doing so, they say, would help with lack of sleep, which is linked to health issues, poor grades, and other issues. 

Studies show that most U.S. students in middle and high school don't get the recommended amount of sleep, which is between 8.5-9.5 hours per night.
