Attorney General Terry Goddard announced Monday the indictment of a Tucson man on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.

In a news release, the attorney general said David Jerome Green, 37, had 10 images and a movie containing pornographic images of children on his home computer.

Knowingly possessing a visual or print medium in which minors younger than 15 are engaged in exploitative exhibition or other sexual conduct is considered sexual exploitation of a minor under Arizona law.

If convicted of all 11 charges, Green could be sentenced to 240 years in prison.
