Pima County Sheriff’s detectives are searching for a 40-year-old man they believe robbed two Northwest banks.

Based on an anonymous tip, detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Craig L. Kuehn, who they allege robbed the Wells Fargo, 6270 N. Oracle Road, on Nov. 4, and the Bank of America, 7130 N. Oracle Road, on Nov. 10.

In both instances, according to a statement by Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Dawn Barkman, detectives say Kuehn approached tellers with notes demanding money and left the banks with undisclosed sums.

Investigators have yet to locate Kuehn, who resides in the Tucson area, according to Barkman.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
