Central Arizona College is presenting a number of classes in SaddleBrooke. They are:

• Naturalist View, with instructors Jim Cloer and Dan Chase. Cloer and Chase are retired science educators who are volunteer naturalists for Arizona State Parks. Field trips to local areas are planned.

Section A is presented on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 7-Dec. 9 in the Bobcat Room of the SaddleBrooke Club House. Section B runs from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays Oct. 7-Dec. 9 at the Saddlebrooke Club House. Course fee is $97.

• Investments, with instructor Antone (Tony) Keller, is a sort of Dow Jones for beginners. Keller, a successful author and financial advisor, will start with the basics of financial investments.

The class is offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7 and Tuesday, Oct. 14. The fee is $40, which includes a workbook.

• Using Charts To Select Stocks, also taught by Keller, helps students learn how to use a popular daily business newspaper as a key tool for investment choices, and how to locate Internet sources of financial information.

The course is taught from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, Nov. 13 and 20. Course fee is $40, and includes a workbook.
