Randy Metcalf/The Explorer, Rain last week caused flooding that shut down portions of roads that cross the Canyon Del Oro wash including this one along Overton Road just east of La Cholla Boulevard. The road, which was closed all weekend, is expected to reopen later this week. Rainfall in the past seven days ranged from 1.89 inches to 3.54 inches in the Northwest.
