Interfaith Community Services is looking for people who want to provide bags of food for needy people at the holidays.

A year ago, the ICS Holiday Food Bag Program provided 1,200 bags "chocked full of nutritious food" to families in need.

"We are gearing up for another season," a release said.

Items included in the special bags are dry stuffing, turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, canned vegetables, canned yams, cranberry sauce, canned milk, coffee, canned fruit, pie fillings (pumpkin is a hit), cake mix, cake frosting, Jell-o or similar dessert, and other special holiday foods.

To obtain collection bags with a list attached, contact ICS at 297-6049.
