Marana Unified School District voters have passed a $43 million bond issue to repair and maintain school facilities, results from Tuesday’s election indicate.

Proposition 403 received backing by six of 10 voters in the district. A total of 15,752 voters (60.59 percent) approved the bond issue, with 10,246 voters (39.41 percent) against.
