Last Saturday, hundreds turned out for the Marana Fall Heritage Festival at Gladden Farms Park. The event featured a record-breaking dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and several exhibits on the town’s ranching and agricultural past.

Historical displays focused on the Anza Trail and old customs, including a demonstration on milling mesquite seeds pods into flour.

Various musical acts and food vendors spanned the park and surrounding areas.

Some photos from the event are posted to the right.
