Anthem Equity Group, Inc. announced plans on Wednesday to build a 15-acre Innovation Campus at the corner of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and Vistoso Commerce Loop in Oro Valley.

The 160,000 square foot Innovation Campus will be a collaboration of bioscience research and development companies, emerging technology businesses, and medical device manufacturers, along with the suppliers that support those industries.

First to be constructed are four 20,000 square foot buildings, 36 feet in height, to accommodate laboratories, manufacturing and warehousing. The construction of ten 8,000 square foot high-tech office buildings will follow.

Innovation Campus will feature an advanced telecommunications infrastructure, 24 hour video conferencing centers, EV charging stations, ride and drop bicycles, and concierge services to Campus businesses.

Innovation Campus is adjacent to Innovation Park, the bioscience corridor of Oro Valley, home to two of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies Ventana Medical Systems-Roche and Sanofi.
