The Town of Oro Valley is now accepting applications for two vacancies on the Water Utility Commission. Interested parties should have knowledge and/or interest in water-relatedA issues. Applicants must be residents of the Town of Oro Valley and customers of the Oro Valley Water Utility. The term of this appointment is January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016.

The Oro Valley Water Utility Commission comprises seven members who advise the Town Council on issues relating to water, including water policies, water rates, renewable water supply and water conservation. The Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m.

The deadline to apply is November 1, 2013. Interviews will be held during the first two weeks of November.
