The Northwest Fire District announces three upcoming Open Houses in the coming weeks at the following locations and times:

Fire Station 37 is located near the intersection of Dove Mountain Blvd. and Moore Rd. on 13001 N. Tortolita Road in Marana.

-- Saturday, November 3 from 10am-12pm at Station 38.

Fire Station 38 is located near the intersection of Cortaro and Camino de Oeste on 8475 N. Star Grass Dr. in Tucson.

-- Saturday, November 10 from 10am-12pm at Station 39.

Station 39 is located near the intersection of Tangerine and Thornydale on 12095 N. Thornydale in Marana.

The Open Houses give residents a chance to meet the local firefighters serving their neighborhood, tour the fire station, ask questions about the District and its services, teach their kids valuable life safety lessons, and enjoy the food and fun.

Fire prevention information will be available including Northwest Fire District’s smoke trailer which allows participants to practice fire escape in a simulated smoke environment. A fire extinguisher simulator will also be available for some hands-on practice.
