The National Weather Service office in Tucson has issue a Red Flag warning for eastern Pima County, Southeastern Pinal County, Santa Cruz County, and Western Cochise County.

The warning was issued April 25 at 2:00 p.m. MST until April 25 at 7:00 p.m. The warning cites that there is low relative humidity, strong winds, and fire danger.

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will create the potential for rapid and erratic fire growth.
