Northwest fire District crews are currently on scene at a two-car motor vehicle accident at North Lon Adams Road and North Tangerine Farms Road.

Two victims are being extricated from the wreckage as one car is on fire, according to Northwest Fire's Captain Adam Goldberg.

The two victims suffer from serious injuries and are both being transported to a local trauma center, one by air and one by ground ambulance.

Eastbound Tangerine Farms is closed for an undetermined amount of time and Marana Police Department is at the scene conducting the investigation.
