With all precincts reporting, Republican Ally Miller has unofficially defeated Democratic opponent Nancy Young Wright in the race for Pima County Board of Supervisors, District 1.

Miller, who will replace retiring Republican board member Ann Day, collected 42,841 votes, good enough for 54.21 percent of the ballots cast, while Young Wright finished with 36,119 votes (45 percent).

Miller was not immediately reachable for comment.
