More than 100 students, parents and teachers come out before school begins on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Painted Sky Elementary School for the Miler’s Club.

While the club focuses largely on students between the third and fifth grade, organizers encourage participation from other grade levels, and from the community.

The club was organized with the hope to spread the importance of fitness and health to students and the community by walking and running a quarter-mile loop around the school’s campus.
