Motorcyclist struck, killed at Orange Grove and Oracle

A motorcycle rider at Orange Grove Road and Oracle has been struck by a red Toyota truck.

The rider is identified as a 20-year-old male and he was pronounced dead at the scene according to Northwest Fire's Adam Goldberg. The man was not wearing a helmet.

The name of the man has not been released pending family notification.

The intersection is partially closed for investigation and traffic is very heavy. Drivers are urged to use an alternative route.
