CD1 Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick visits Marana and Oro Valley on Sunday

Today, U.S. Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick, D-Ariz., launches a week of meetings and events across Congressional District One with visits to Marana and Oro Valley.

Kirkpatrick will visit the Marana Aerospace Solutions facility and the Marana Food Bank this afternoon. She will then meet with officials at the Sanofi-aventis Research Center in Oro Valley’s Innovation Park.

Congressional District One is a massive, mostly rural district that starts at the Arizona-Utah border, encompasses the state’s northeastern regions and includes portions of Pinal and Pima counties in the south. Kirkpatrick has district offices in Flagstaff, Show Low, Globe, Casa Grande and Marana in order to properly serve District One constituents.

WHEN: 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. today.

WHERE: Marana Aerospace Solutions, Marana Food Bank, Sanofi-aventis Research Center in Oro Valley.
