For those voters who have already requested an early ballot, the Pima County Recorder, F. Ann Rodriguez, would like them to know that they can check the status of that early ballot online at the Recorder’s website, www.recorder.pima.gov. On the far right of the home page, under VOTER SERVICES, the first item is Early Ballot Status. Once on that page, enter your name exactly as it appears on your voter identification card and your date of birth. Click on “Search”. Several different messages can appear:

1. It will tell you when your ballot request was received. 2. It will tell you the date your ballot was mailed. 3. It will tell you the date your ballot was received by the Recorder’s office and if it has been

referred for signature verification. 4. If there is a problem with your ballot, it will ask you to contact our office. Otherwise, it will

give you the date your ballot was turned over to Elections for tabulation. The last day to request an early ballot is October 26, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. You can request an early

ballot from the Recorder’s website or by calling the office. For more information, voters can call the Pima County Recorder’s office at 724-

4330. Out-of-town residents may call 1-800-775-7462 and ask for extension 4330.
