On Thursday, Dec. 5 and Friday, Dec. 6, at 6:30 p.m., Ironwood Ridge High School will host its fourth annual dinner theater with “A Christmas Carol.”

The event will place at the school, which is at 2475 W. Naranja Drive. 

The first course meal will include a beetroot and orange salad with burnt honey vinaigrette. The second course will be braised short ribs smothered with mild mushrooms, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and candied carrots. For the third course, guests will be treated with sticky toffee cake with vanilla whipped cream.

Tickets at $20, and will be sold at the door.
