The Foundation for Cardiovascular Health, a 501(c) 3 non-profit community organization will be giving a FREE presentation. The presenters are Richard "Richy" Feinberg a And Edna Silva, a RN who for the past 20 years has been in Cardiac Rehabilitation.

Feinberg, a resident of Marana  had a heart attack in 1993 at the age of 58. A week later he had quadruple bypass surgery and two months later he had another heart attack.

Edna is founder of the Center for Wu Style T’ai Chi Chuan and is co-creator with Charles Katzenberg M.D. a cardiologist with the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center.

The presentation will cover the following highlights:

  • BECOME knowledgeable regarding how blockages are formed in coronary arteries
  • LEARN how coronary artery disease can be prevented, halted, stabilized and reversed
  • PARTICIPATE in performing proven relaxation techniques to calm your heart
  • ASK QUESTIONS AND GET ANSWERS

The presentation will be Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the Tucson Jewish Community Center at 3800 East River Road, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. It will be held in the Catalina Room.
