SAHBA Fall Home and Garden Show at the TCC Oct. 18, 19 and 20

There is something for everyone at this year’s Southern Arizona Home Builder’s Association (SAHBA) Fall Home & Garden Show happening Friday, October 18 through Sunday, October 20, at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC).

Twice each year, SAHBA takes over the TCC with hundreds of exhibitors highlighting what’s new in home improvement trends, remodeling ideas and outdoor living, as well as dozens of presentations, classes and seminars, pet adoptions, a live radio broadcast and lots of fun and interactive activities for the kids.

At the SAHBA Stage, SAHBA members will offer presentations and seminars. Katherine Kent from the Solar Store will discuss the benefits of solar, including financial savings and how to make your home more energy efficient. Val Romero from Arizona Grill and Hearth will be on hand to give the latest grilling tips and offer samples of his tasty creations. Patty Richardson from Casa Linda Designs will present interior decorating tips for your home.

Saturday is Kid’s Clinic Day at Home Depot’s “Little Helper Headquarters” where kids can build, learn, create and have fun. This free hands-on workshop, designed for children ages 5-12, teaches do-it-yourself skills and tool safety. The TCC is located at 260 South Church Avenue. Free public parking is available at all TCC lots.
