In honor of the World Tai chi and National Asian Heritage Month in April 2013, the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center is presenting Healthy Eating and Living "ASIAN STYLE" on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center at 1288 W. River Road.

You will see cooking demos on cooking healthy Chinese foods from Harvest Moon Restaurant and Lotus Garden. University of Arizona College of Pharmacy will be providing onsite health screenings. Various tai chi demonstrations will be performed from the Yang to the Wu style.

Health Lecturers from Dr. Zhao Chen of the UA Confucius Institute and others will be present, as well as tai chi demos from Windriver, Great Harmony, UACI, TCCC, Edna Silva and more.
