With the New Year, brings new resolutions. I have always had a New Year’s resolution of losing weight. I have been a yo-yo dieter my whole life. I’ve tried every diet on the market. Spent a lot of money and did lose weight; but gained it all back and usually more.
So I decided this year, it is going to be different. I am going to have a lifestyle change and not go “on a diet.”
By lifestyle change, I mean, doing a program that I can stick with my whole life, because I told myself “this is the last time I am going to lose these 60 pounds!”
I also realized that in order to be “well” I needed to have not only physical wellness; but mental, environmental and financial wellness.
When looking for programs, I really couldn’t find anything that I could live with, I wasn’t willing to pay a lot of money and wasn’t willing to replace meals with shakes. I found to what I believe is a great program, a lifestyle that I could still live!
I’m on a challenge and am looking for anyone that wants to hop on this weight loss journey with me! We are offering a free 30-40 minute consultation on weight loss and wellness. If you know of anyone we can help, let me know! Just send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org or feel free to call me at 850-4356.
I also want to include a great low fat recipe for Kale Chips. I eat these all of the time. They take away the salt cravings.
What You’ll Need:
Wash, dry and cut out the “vein” on each leaf of kale. Being sure to dry each leaf thoroughly.
Cut into small bite size pieces. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spread pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then sprinkle some sea salt and garlic powder. Bake for 15 min. flip, bake an additional 5 min or until nice and crispy.
