Pima Community College Adult Education’s student leadership council is hosting a Black History Celebration Feb. 25, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the El Pueblo Liberty Center.

The full day of activities is inspired by the exhibition, “From Africa to the White House.”  The exhibit will feature various items from the collection of Hareld Craig.  Visitors can drop by the art exhibit to view African artifacts, first edition books, works of Paul Laurence Dunbar, marketing campaigns from the 1900s and more.

  • Where: El Pueblo Liberty Learning Center, 101 W. Irvington Road, Building 7
  • Cost:    Free and open to the public
