The Catalina Foothills boys volleyball team won their third game in a row and improved to 5-5 in the regular season with a 3-0 sweep of Salpointe.

The Falcons started out strong with a 25-19 first set win, then battled to take a 2-0 lead when they won the second set 25-22.

They sealed the win with a 25-15 final set win.

Andrew Adair led the Falcons with 18 kills, five blocks and had two of the team’s five aces. Felix had 12 digs, while setter Colin Potter paced the Falcons with 30 assists. After a slow start to the season the Falcons are now ranked 22nd in the state and have a very real shot at making the state playoffs.

The Falcons do not take the court again until April 22, when they host the Amphi Panthers.
