On Dec. 9, 2013, the Tucson Police Department received information about a 79-year old female who was being sexually assaulted and sexually abused, while residing at the Villa Maria Care Center, located in the 4300 Block of East Grant Rd. The victim reported that the incidents took place on several different occasions throughout 2013, by a Certified Nursing Assistant who worked at the Center.
