THURSDAY, AUG. 21

• Attend a 90-minute  pain-management program  presented by Catalyst Healthy Solutions that will address the tools needed for dealing with pain and explore a new treatment model for full mind, body and spirit healing. SUNDAY, AUG. 24

• Ann Baldwin, an Usui Reiki master and physiologist, will lead an  introduction to biofeedback,  a method for visualizing the heart’s oscillations when taking a full breath. Details: 2-3:30 p.m.; Lotus Massage & Wellness Center, 2850 E. Grant Road; free for those ages 18 and older; 326-7700.

TUESDAY, AUG. 26

• Learn about coronary artery blockages and how coronary artery disease can be prevented, halted, stabilized and reversed during the presentation  “Coronary Artery Disease Can Be Reversed.”  Details: 6-7:30 p.m.; Tucson Jewish Community Center, 3800 E. River Road; free; 797-2281.
