All are invited to attend an annual Flag Day ceremony this Monday, June 14, at 9 a.m. in front of the SaddleBrooke Clubhouse, 64500 E. SaddleBrooke Blvd.

The traditional, patriotic Elks ritual is sponsored by Catalina Mountain Elks Lodge #2815 and SaddleBrooke HOA #1.

Veterans, Boy Scout Troop 299, and members of the Sons of the American Revolution are presenting eight American flags that flew over our country during the course of history. The Golder Ranch Color Guard, Coyote Country Cloggers, HOA #1 general manager Scott Devereaux, Golder Ranch Fire Chief Randy Karrer, and Arizona Sen. Al Melvin are scheduled to participate.

"Please plan to attend the Flag Day ceremony to honor the symbol of our great country and show your support for the valiant men and women who are fighting to defend our freedom," a release said.
