The Tucson Pima Arts Council will hold an economic forum from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, to discuss strategies for economic recovery that draw on strengths within the creative sector of the community.

The forum will address the question “What can we do together that we can’t do alone?”

Hildy Gottlieb, author of “The Polyanna Principals,” will facilitate the forum. Bob Booker, the executive director of the Arizona Commission on the Arts also will speak.

The forum will take place at the Joel Valdez Public Library at 101 N. Stone Ave.

The council is the designated arts agency for the City of Tucson and for Pima County. It operates the Community Arts program, funding residencies for professional artists and underserved youth in urban neighborhoods and rural areas.
