Ray Suarez of public television's The NewsHour is going to be in Tucson on Tuesday, May 26, to highlight the PBS infrastructure initiative, "Blueprint America: Road to the Future."

Blueprint America premieres Wednesday, May 20 on KUAT, Channel 6. The documentary is highlighting the challenges of an aging U.S. infrastructure, a release said, by examining the growth and development of American cities. PBS presents the work as its first program in a multi-platform initiative.

Suarez speaks at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Crowder Hall on the University of Arizona campus. Tickets are two for $50, and can be purchased at the UA College of Fine Arts Box Office, by calling 621-1162, or by going to www.azpublicmedia.org.

Arizona Public Media members at the $40 and above level have access to preferred seating and an opportunity to meet and greet Suarez.
