The Tucson Symphony Orchestra has created a new subscription package for students.

Any student any age with a valid ID can purchase a subscription to seven Classic Series and TSO Pops! programs for $44.

The package includes Tchaikovsky² featuring violinist Vadim Gluzman performing Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto; Beethoven's 9th Symphony, one of the greatest artistic masterpieces of Western civilization; "American Romance" featuring pianist Michael Sheppard performing Gershwin's Piano Concerto, plus Howard Hanson's Symphony No. 2, "Romantic;" "Czech it Out!" featuring TSO concertmaster Aaron Boyd performing Mozart's Concerto No. 5 for Violin and Orchestra; "Great Movies! Grand Piano!" with Rich Ridenour playing, conducting and chatting about favorite hits from film classics with the TSO Pops!; "Saddle Up! Music of the West" with the Bill Ganz Western Band performing some songs with "Tucson roots" such as "Riders in the Sky," "Cool Water" and "Tumblin' Tumbleweed" with the TSO Pops!
